STO Update 18th June 2023

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will no doubt be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We are always striving to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please read the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Today’s Update includes:

• New calendar with an option to select Year and month.
• Restrict the transfer price option.
• Recipe image delete button.
• Report for fetching deliveries with invoices upload.
• The special character "&" in the recipe procedure.

New calendar with an option to select Year and month

For selecting the date range i.e. Between Two Dates while fetching the data on STO, Year & month can be now selected using the respective dropdowns for START & END dates.

Restrict the transfer price option

When a transfer request is placed between two locations, the price will now be considered from the transferrer site. There will be a restriction to editing the price while approving the transfer request& accepting the delivery.

This can be enabled from Setup > System Setups > Location Setup.

Under Other Settings, Disable Transfer Price Edit For Transfer Location checkbox should be ticked. Once done, save the settings. It is advisable users are not provided with location setup rights so that these aren't modified.

Recipe image delete button

Uploaded recipe images from any of the 3 frames can be deleted using (X) on the Recipe page.

Report for fetching deliveries with invoices upload

To fetch only the Deliveries with invoices uploaded, go to the List Deliveries option > select the required time frame & tick the checkbox against Show Only Invoice Attached. All the deliveries will be listed when this checkbox isn't ticked.

The special character "&" in the recipe procedure

The character "&" can now be added while listing the procedure of any recipe on the Info page.
