STO Update 15th Mar 2024

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• Update the Delivery Date on the order approval page

• Add Menu Item page displaying if the new item is added or the existing item is modified

• Notes for Zoho Accounting Integration
• New Product or Package Addition Notification email

Update the Delivery Date on the order approval page

Users can now modify expected delivery dates for orders while approving them.

Add Menu Item page displaying if the new item is added or the existing item is modified

For single-ingredient recipes on the Add Menu Item page, the system will notify if the user is adding a new menu item or modifying an existing menu item.

Notes for Zoho Accounting Integration

There is a "Comments" field added for invoice posting on Zoho from STO. Users can enter comments while approving invoices on the database which when posted will reflect as notes on the accounting software.

New Product or Package Addition Notification email

Daily notification emails will be fired for the enabled users with the details of new products or packages added to the system at 4 AM GMT. Notification can be enabled from User Management > User > Notification Rights.
